Pointe East

ALLIED residential was okay. Not the best but not the worst, kind of unprofessional but they were somewhat genuine. However, this new «management» MISSION ROCK residential is a 5 out of 10. Reason being is same as allied, it is so hard to get ahold of them. The newest manager seems ok, I didn’t really stick around to get to know her. half the complex decided not to renew their lease because it went from 905 to 1,103 or something like that. Price for w/​s/​g went dramatically high. There’s a horrible ant infestation too, but I understand they’re trying their best but they seriously need to work on the upkeep of the units. The ants are terrible in the summer. Definitely a work in progress.

I searched and interviewed the area and found Pointe East staff to be the kindest that I met. The staff quickly remembered my name and my baby’s name and they always say hi when I am taking my walks. This community values children, and if you like children and are filled with grace towards raising little ones then this is the place for you. Children are a gift and the children here are safe and play well with each other. I love the diversity of the area, white and black Americans, Filipino, Spanish, etc… I love hearing different languages and meeting people of different cultures. I also enjoy how I know my neighbors because with just a little courage, I step out of my comfort zone and introduce myself and offer the old fashion, «If you need salt or eggs, I’m your girl!» The maintenance man takes the time to talk to me even if he is busy (he’s so busy and I admire him). The only downside for me is the garbage dumpster, but hey, it’s an apartment complex. People have garbage and it can be hard to take care of it all… Rent is about $ 850.00+ and I have a 2 bedroom. What a great price! I love Fife and I’m glad I found this place.

This is a noisy complex with lots a unsupervised children playing in the parking lot and car stereos playing late into the night. The office staff is rude, unhelpful and rarely available. Expect lots of extra hidden fees, power in a one bedroom with the heat on low can still run over $ 100 a month in the winter months. The garbage dumpster overflows weekly. The police are called almost every weekend for various reasons. it seems to just be getting worse
