Carlos and his team are AWESOME !! He treats you as if you were his first and only customer. We have been using him here in Port Orchard now for over a year since moving from AZ and no matter when we call him, he always makes time for us and we only usually get a very small amount in comparison to most people. I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his team. Customer service at it’s finest !!!

the driver was new and pretty green with inexperience and was only able to fill tanks. He was nice enough and wanted to help more but admitted he was new.
However, the owner Carlos Hernandez
was super awesome. he was driving home and actually got into his home while helping me trouble shoot my propane tanks to get my propane fireplace working. We ended up on facetime so he could see what I was doing and he stayed on phone until I got fireplace up and running. He was offering to come out during the week himself to get it running if I could not do it.
Amazing customer service and prices for propane were at the lowest end
