The worst customer service, such a shame. I used to work for Old Navy years ago and it’s unacceptable. I would say the managers should do something about it but they are just as bad. Avoid this location like the plague.

Horrible customer service. There is no reason why when you have plenty of employees and I am one of three people in line why I have to wait 20 minutes to pay while you let other people purchase merch first. I just through what my wife wanted and walked out. Waste of time! Don’t shop here! Thumbs DOWN !!!

I love Old Navy in general. I will drive just to the mall to visit Old Navy(although if one is ever put in Gig Harbor, sorry Tacoma Mall). At Old Nay, their sweetheart jeans fit me wonderfully, but like other people have mentioned, always try them on. Even if they are the same pair you have at home. I’ve once grabbed the same pair, size, color, etc only to get home and have them be too small. The clothes are generally hit or miss on fit, but I always find lots of options to try on. They also typically offer a lot of colors in the items they have. There is more of a casual vibe, but this encompasses everything from jeans to dresses. They have a nice selection of accessories to try out as well. I’m really impressed with the expanded jewelry section. The employees have always been friendly and there are lots of rooms to try on clothes with no item limit(at least not that I’ve ever had enforced).

On a shopping trip about 2 months ago I found a pair of pants on the clearance rack. The tag did not have a sale sticker so I inquired. I was told that they in fact were not on sale. I declined to purchase them then. I assumed that perhaps a customer had put them back in the wrong spot. I then saw the clerk return them back to the same exact spot I had found them ~ on the clearance rack. I then had another clerk check, he too said that they were not on sale. I told him what I had witnessed and then asked where the rest of the pants like this pair were located in the store only to find out that this was the only pair like this that they had in store and clerk said that that was probably the reason they were placed in the clearance section. I then asked for and spoke to the manager. He too said that the pants were NOT on sale. I told him that I had witnessed them being put back by clerk in the exact spot on the sale rack in the clearance section and in my opinion this is misleading! At this point it would seem to me that this manager could have made an executive decision to discount this pair of pants as it was the only one left of its kind and they kept putting on the sale rack. A sale is better than no sale you would think? But no, he said he would correct the problem. Hmmm by placing them elsewhere. I would bet you that that did NOT happen. Whatever happened to customer service. Thumbs down on this Old Navy manager and staff.

I love Old Navy for it’s value deals and simple pieces. This particular location is in the mall so it can be both convenient and not so depending on your shopping agenda. A pretty large store inside the mall but also near enough that you can enter close by if it’s just Old Navy that you need. They carry a good supply of clothing and sizes as well.
