This place is a joke. This kid named Josh help me and the whole time he talk to me he had his headphones in. Come to find out when I’m feeling my information out on the iPad he’s talking to somebody about video games like I’m not even there. This place is unprofessional. Why did they let vendors like this on post? They should have to be reviewed every month to see if they are able to keep their spot as a vendor on post. They did fix my broken screen although the color of my screen seems to have a yellow tinged to it now. I don’t know if it’s the quality of screen they replace it with or what. It cost me $ 85 plus tax to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced after-​tax it was about $ 96. I don’t understand either why vendors on post can charge tax. That’s why we shop on post so people don’t have to pay tax.

I brought my LG smartphone there for repair because the screen was cracked. When I brought it in I was quoted $ 92.00 for the repair. He didn’t have a replacement screen on hand and told me that he’d order it at no additional cost. He told me to write my name and phone number on a yellow sticky note and said he’d call me when the replacement screen arrived.
Fast forward a week and he contacted me and said my screen had arrived. I brought my phone in the next day and he replaced my screen and my phone worked fine after the repair. Upon payment he charged me $ 120.00 for the repair and I told him that that wasn’t what he had quoted me the previous week.
He showed me that same sticky note that I had wrote my name and number on and on the bottom of the note was the price of $ 120.00 that he had written in himself after I left the shop the week before without my knowledge. I ended up paying the price because I didn’t have the time to sit there and dispute it.
So just a word of caution, when he quotes you a price, make sure you get it in writing of some form. Other than that, the repair job was exceptional and done in a timely manner. I just wish he would have honored the price that he had quoted me the first time I went there the week prior. For this reason I am only able to give this place a two-​star rating.

I don’t know why my review was removed. I had a very bad experience here resulting in my phone being permanently damaged. I have the receipts to prove that I was here and that I had to buy a replacement phone afterwards. Really strange that none of the five star reviews were removed but all of the one star reviews, including mine, were removed. I use Unilocal often to choose where I want to do business, and, regrettably used them to choose this one.

Great job fixing my broken iPhone screen. It was done in under an hour and the price was on par for anyone else who would do this. The only problem I had was Mr. Cletis was very rude to his employee in front of me. He made him look incompetent and idiotic and got really frustrated easily with him. He really needs to work on his customer service and the way he treats his employees.

The back of my iPhone 5s screen was cracked just at the right hand corner and Mr. Cletis did a really good job at fixing it and making my phone look new again. My only complaint was that I was never told to take my passcode lock off my phone. So when I went back to pick up my phone he was really rude and bothered that I had a passcode lock on my phone and said he couldn’t test the camera to see if it got scratched during the process of fixing it and said thats why they ask to take the code off. But again he didn’t tell me that when I dropped it off. So for that reason it was just an okay experience, this place could be a little more professional.

Mr. Cletis did a fantastic job on replacing my screen and repairing it to working order. I showed up, talked to Mr. Cletis about my phone, gave me a price quote and time for pick up. Simple, straight to the point. I love that. Pure business. No BS. Anyone need their cell phone repaired, Mr. Cletis is highly recommended.

I had an awesome experience with this store. He had my cellphone screen repaired in under two hours, and was extremely helpful and friendly. The work was impeccable, and I would recommend it to anyone. My phone is a Galax S4, so he doesn’t just do iPhones!
