I highly suggest Mary. Visited this location in Tacoma from a groupon purchased and was impressed. Mary was very informative and was able to explain to me how my muscles all worked together. She used pressure point applications that were simply amazing. I’ve never had a massage like this but I will deffinately be back. My neck feels wonderful!!!

You have got to try hyperbarics! The staff is so knowledgeable and personable. I feel as if they truly care about me and my needs. My massage was helped me so much.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is wonderful and very caring! Hyperbaric has also helped with a multitude of issues for me, migraines being one of them.

Love this place! Staff are excellent. Facility is spotless. The treatments are life changing. My fibromyalgia pain has practically disappeared with weekly dives.

The location I want to is located in Lacey, which is not advertised here on Unilocal and is very hard to find on google maps. It is also buried on their business website. However it was fantastic and worth finding!
I was in to car accident about a week ago, and have been very busy and not really taking care of myself. I got the massage appointment not realizing there was a chiropractor on site as well. The staff were amazing. The massage therapist worked out a very ugly knot in my shoulder, with a gentle massage that got in there and loosened the extremely tight muscles and tissues. Finally, the constant pain was out!
Then the chiropractor adjusted me, and he was kind and listened to me. I have a terror of neck adjustments, and he gently straightened without snapping my neck around. I feel so much better!!! I will probable take a few more adjustments because of how bad the accident was, but I just thought it was worth note: traditional care is awesome here too!

Got a coupon for father’s day. I was discouraged when I arrived to the location I mapped only to find out that the business had moved. When I got to the right location I was warmly greeted. Jessica, my masseuse was awesome. She asked what I needed, and listened. She communicated just enough to ensure I was comfortable but not detract from the experience. Would I return? Definitely! I highly suggest this establishment.

What a wonderful staff. The session itself was calming, but afterwards I did not feel any different. They did say that it would take a few sessions to start to feel the effects of the sessions. I really wish it were cheaper because the staff is AMAZING there. I am sure the benefits of the sessions are worth it but I can not afford the prices. I give the staff a full 5 out of 5 but because of the pricing I have to give this place a 4. Honestly the sessions should be about $ 25 – 35 each time.

I love this place, and the hyperbaric sessions… helped with breast cancer reconstruction pain, however cost too much for retired people on limited income… so sad.

Went for a massage for extreme shoulder pain an walked out feeling fantastic! Jessica is a very intuitive massage therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has any pain or just wants a great massage — she’s amazing! The whole staff is very friendly, welcoming and informative — I can’t wait for my next massage and am looking forward to trying a hyperbaric session!

What it is: Imagine sitting in your own little pup tent for an hour. That’s what being in a hyperbaric chamber is like. You get in and lay down on a mat. They pressurize the chamber, which takes about 5 minutes. You don’t really feel anything except your ears might pop while you pressurize. You hang out, sleep or use your phone or computer. At the end of the hour they turn off the pressure and you get out. Easy. Relaxing. I love sitting in there and knowing I have that hour to myself to sleep or read in peace.
What it does: A lot of different things. It gets rid of swelling and headaches. It can help with mental clarity. For me — it’s increased my endurance during workouts and my knees no longer crack when I walk up the steps.
Good things about New Leaf in particular: Clean chambers. They sit with you while you pressurize and have call buttons in the chambers. Pillows & blankets so you can get comfy. No high pressure sales.
They usually are running specials, so call to see if they have any deals. Prices range from about $ 40 to $ 100 per 1 hour session.
More technically: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT for short) pushes oxygenated blood into areas where it may have trouble reaching under normal pressure and pushes oxygen into tissues, also forcing out impurities. It reduces inflammation. Over time it can increase stem cell and red blood cell production. It helps MS, fibromyalgia, autism, burns & cuts, TBI, post-​stroke, ADD… etc, etc.

Amazing, absolutely amazing!!! My 88-​year-​old mother in law has been having mobility problems since sustaining a traumatic brain injury after falling on the ice three years ago. Her tiny 3 inch shuffling steps and poor balance have been keeping her homebound — until now. After her first treatment at New Leaf Hyperbarics ~ Hyperbaric Therapy today and the results are miraculous. She is walking again, taking real steps and her balance is dramatically improved after 1 hour-​long session.
A week later, after three hyperbaric treatments, Grandma’s balance and walking continue to improve. The biggest surprise though is her attitude ~ Grandma has a new zest for life and is happier than I can remember her being in a LONG time. She tells everyone that the difference in her attitude since before starting hyperbaric treatments a week ago and now is like night and day.

These are some of the nicest people on the planet. I want to follow them home and move in. Once again today they squeezed me in and got rid of my migraine for me. i started going to help get rid of my migraines and i have gotten many more additional benefits. My knee no longer hurts, Definitely feel much happier right after a treatment.
