I have never been so dissatisfied with service! I turned in our stereo receiver to find out what the problem was. Four days later they still did not have an answer, and kept telling me they would call back and let us know what the price was! we finally just paid the $ 35 fee and picked up our receiver. Don’t do business with them!

I bought a projection lamp from him for $ 150 a week ago. For the first 3 days or so it seemed to work great. Now it’s saying the lamp is nearing end of life! Supposed to be a new lamp! So I called and called and he wouldn’t answer. So I went in and told him what happened, he now tells me something else is wrong! Horrible customer service! Literally watched tv as I stood there and asked him to call me when a new lamp shows up. He basically stopped talking and stared at the tv! Do not ever go here!!! He is a horrible business man! I would give him negative stars if it let me!
