I just took our awning for our tent camper in to have them fix where the thread was coming apart. Not only did they work on it on the spot while I waited there, but they didn’t charge me for it. That’s great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be using them for any of our upholstery needs!

My review is based solely on Michael’s customer service due to not being able to find the appropriate upholstery for the driver’s seat back of my 10 year old Honda. I was dealt with courteously and with understanding regarding my decision to maintain the factory leather seat cover. My deposit was refunded without hesitation.
In summary, if I had a furniture item that needed re-​upholstering, I would not hesitate to go back since furniture seems to be their biggest market. Thanks again Michael and staff.

I have been to Michael’s Several times and their service each time has been wonderful. I always meet with friendly staff and Mike is available to talk with. That is a rarity to me in this day and time, so when I can talk with the owner about service its always a plus. I would recommend Michael’s Custom Upholstery to anyone who is looking for quality work, and friendly service.
