Love this place! I returned here after buying a bed from them a few years back that i now wanted something bigger and much less firm for a reasonable price. I was immediately greeted by phillip and showed several options in my price range and i ended up leaving with a new king size bed, frame, and foundations for under $ 900. Cant beat that! Everyone here was so eager to help and friendly. Phillip made a customer for life.

Over the last few years I have been to Sleep Country/​Train a dozen times, but either they wont even consider us because of my credit or they give me the run around and try to talk me into something completely out of my price range. Well, we just moved to Tacoma last week and really needed a new mattress after our move. We were driving by the Tacoma mall and saw Mattress Depot and decided to stop. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Phillip, the sales associate. Before we even looked at a mattress we told Phillip that our credit wasn’t perfect and we have been turned down before. he said «no problem, lets see what I can do». It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had and we hadn’t even done anything yet. He ran our information and said «Guess what, you qualify!» We were so excited! We ended up with an amazing mattress, 4 pillows, sheets, and a mattress cover… that were all delivered the next evening! Best of all we had a great time! Phillip is amazing and I can’t thank him enough for treating us like people!

I must express my DISSATISFACTION with this company. The salesman was good and answered all of my questions but after spending almost $ 1000 on my mattresses, the delivery service that I paid for was horrible! I was told that they would call 10 – 15 minutes before they were arriving — they did NOT; they were suppose to ensure that their shoes were clean — there were NOT; they were suppose to deliver the mattresses to the bedrooms — they did NOT, they left them in the living room; and finally, they were suppose to take away the packaging and set up my new bed — they did NOT!
We’ll have to see how the bed works out.

Corey was extremely helpful and made it easy for my mother to find the right mattress to fit her budget. Definitely recommend shopping for mattress here!

My wife and I went here and just loved the service. Erik Horton was amazing. He answered all of our questions and so much more. He also made sure we would beable to the our new bed the next day, which was great because we just moved here and sleeping on an air mattress was killing our back! Thank you again Erik Horton!

In January it became apparent to my husband and I that we needed a new bed. We were disappointed with our last purchase from Macy’s as we thought that it should have lasted longer so we decided to give Mattress Depot a try. We are both very glad we did. Eric assisted us. We both told him what we like and he was able to narrow it down to 2 or 3 mattresses very quickly. On top of that his product knowledge was excellent. He was able to discuss the pros and cons of a sleep number and tempurpedic bed. He was very clear that our satisfaction was number one and clearly told us if we were not happy to bring it back within 90 days. So important because how can you really know if a bed works for you until you have slept on it awhile? He made it very clear that we might be a little sore getting used to a new bed. I was so satisfied with him that I referred someone else to him. They have thanked me for the referral. They got the same treatment from Eric that we did. Great prices, EXCELLENT service from Eric, what more can I say?

Brandon provided OUTSTANDING service and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store and Brandon in particular!
