Dr. Kuritani is amazing. He is so nice and funny. Made my root canal a breeze. Wonderful staff also. I recommend his work to everyone.

This is the third time I am writing this review because I am new to Unilocal and obviously have no idea what I am doing… so here goes the much shorter version.
I feel so blessed to have been referred (by my boss) to Dr. Kuritani. He and his staff are incredible! I had a lot of anxiety coming into my appt for a root canal and they went above and beyond their duties to put me at ease.
I made the mistake of asking others about their experiences and was told it would be painful to the point where I would need narcotics and would have to take the day off from work. This was absolutely NOT true. I could have easily gone back to work after the session… well after a nap since I had taken a pill to relax me prior to the procedure. :) There was very little pain and that was due to my jaw being open for so long. I also have preexisting issues with my jaw, so for the «normies» out there, it wouldn’t be a problem. A couple Tylenol fixed the issue and I was back to being me.
I was 100% satisfied with my experience beginning to end. True blessing to have found this team of efficient, accommodating and caring professionals.

Dr Kuritani did a root canal for me and has been helping investigate other issues. He and his staff are friendly and courteous and he’s been very patient to explain things to me. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease during the actual procedure and honestly it didn’t hurt one bit (although I think I had already gone through the painful phases before I first went into see him). With my ongoing issues, he has been very patient to do more testing and careful to not rush into doing further procedures before we know the cause for sure (I have a complicated history). I never get the sense that he’s trying to rush me through so that he can get to the next patient. I think it’s rare to be able to say that in healthcare these days.
