She was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained each step of the process as she wrote up an appraisal for my engagement ring. Karen is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Her office is found within an office suite building and is fairly easy to navigate to. I did my research online and found that her background and ethical business standards are compatible with what I desire from an appraisal. She has the proper equipment to examine personal jewelry and writes a fair appraisal. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for proper appraisals. She offered sound advice on resale and further offered her office as a safe place of transaction at free of charge.

Needed to get a current appraisal on a ring for insurance purposes. I found that getting an appraisal really can’t be done at a jewelry store. I found Karen online and spoke with her on the phone then scheduled an appointment for the next day. She is very informative — and very easy to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with her.
