History

Established in 2004.

Most of the education that I E Property Maintenance and Construction Services has gained, is through hands on experience. Due to the demand for qualified contractors in today’s age, currently enrolled in college. Currently studying Construction Management, Associates in Applied Science degree. I believe with the education of the old and applying the education of the new, I E Property Maintenance and Construction Services will be in a better position to understand how to provide a service efficiently. Meaning to provide a service on a professional level as well as not «hurting» the customers pocket to make some of their dreams come true.

I E Property Maintenance and Construction Services has been credited by the National Electrician Association Program for three years of education on the National Electrical Code. Also has received training or certification in the following trades or programs. Architectural building blue print reading, carpentry, plumbing and soil remediation.
