Arron fixed our out door faucet for us in no time, it had been broke for several years, you know the kind you use plyers to turn on and off. Part was discontinued so we had to replace whole faucet and some pipe back in wall. Very please with customer service and work.

After searching for a good plumber (and using some), I decided to try Hunt’s Plumbing & Mechanical, located in Fife WA area. What a good choice, very pleased with quick response and good service and knowledgeable. They are the best plumbing service that I have ever used, also BBB rated and they showed they deserve it. Also senior discount (10%). They also do heating furnace and heat pumps. Aaron was our Hunt’s service technician, friendly and helpful.

We just moved in two weeks ago. Jesse went above and beyond just a plumbing service call. After he finished installing our new kitchen sink and disposal, he offered to take a look at/​find our furnaces for us. In doing so, he found a gas leak we didn’t know about. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will request him, specifically, each time. Really impressed with the service and cost of Hunt’s.

Wonderful service! Corey and Josh were total professionals. Superb attention to detail and customer service. My 15 year old (!) gas water heater was literally finished. When they first arrived, Corey told me what the basic cost would be and what was available for an extra cost should I choose. However, he didn’t try to «push» extras on me. He explained the advantages of the extra cost features and I was left to make up my own mind. He and Josh got right to work and now I have a brand new gas water heater. YAY!!! They were so polite. not the least judgmental about all the dirt and debris (thank you!!!). they even offered to clean the floor! And they made sure to close the gate so no dogs escaped! Plumbers forever!!!

Great company and techs! Work was done promptly (replace my 16 y/​o 50 gal water heater) and ensured all my questions were answer to my satisfaction. Price was on par (don’t forget to mention the 12th Man 12% discount — up to $ 120) to make it even better. The overall quality of service and attention was excellent. Never pushy to sell addition parts, services, etc. Very honest and sincere. I would definitely use them again. In fact, I’m prepared to have them come out to do a PM on HVAC soon. Oh scheduling was easy and flexible at my convenience.

Corey and Josh were awesome! They came in and heard what needed to be done. They fixed one thing that I was asking about and then they were off getting it done. I thought they were awesome… no dicker sticker deal, friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. I don’t carry cash to tip, but will be sending Corey and Josh a lil something as they were fabulous!
Definitely going to keep this company on our plumbing lists.

Our entire experience with Hunt’s plumbing was positive. The receptionist was professional and friendly. And Aaron, the plumber, could not have been more helpful. After he replaced our water heater, he went the extra mile, and found a small leak in our wall. Had he not, we most certainly would have incurred much more damage — and expense — later. We are grateful for the honest, skilled service we received!

Hunt’s plumbing was prompt, efficient, and effective in solving our plumbing leak. Gil explained what caused the leak, why prior attempts to repair it by others had failed, and what he would do to fix the problem. The work was completed within 1 – 2 hours. We have not had another plumbing problem since.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Hunts plumbing! Let me say that they go ABOVE and beyond to meet the customers expectations!
I had foot surgery in early July and here it was, first week in August and my water heater went out. I was still in the recovery process and unable to get around without crutches or a knee scooter. Brenna was the first contact I made with the company. She was friendly, courteous and willing to help me immediately. This was before I mentioned my fot surgery and inability to move around. I called back and then spoke to Liz. LIZ, is a rock star! I explained my situation and asked if it was possible to get a technician out after hours due to lengthy medical leave. She was beyond kind to me and worked at length to find a solution.
I then received a call from Corey, who continued to give outstanding service! Corey knew my situation and went out of his way to get his other call done first so I could finish out my day at work. He met me at 6pm as promised, and installed my new water heater. He provided service with a smile and positive attitude the entire time and I can’t tell you enough how much that meant to me!

We had a leaking single stem shower faucet and it also was slow to drain. Contacted another plumbing company that we previously used, both online and phone message. That outfit never returned contact, so we went on the hunt (pun intended) for another plumbing company. Found Hunt’s Plumbing on a web search Sunday night, used their contact us button on their website. Monday morning received a call back, scheduled a same day appointment. So far all is good with my Hunt’s Plumbing experience.
The plumber called within the 2 hour window given for the appointment, said he’d be here in 15 minutes. True to his word he arrived within that time frame. Quickly began his work on the issues at hand, correctly identified why it drained slowly (not a clog like we had thought), took care of the leak, cleaned up and was well on his way.
Speedy response, timely repair, efficiency at it’s best. Will use Hunt’s again and without a doubt will recommend them to anybody needing plumbing work.

We recently had an urgent plumbing issue that didn’t warrant an emergency call but we wanted to sort out quickly. We tried many options based on Internet reviews, and even while Hunt’s was all booked when I first called, they kept monitoring the schedule for cancellations and once something opened up they promptly called me back. The plumber called ahead and was on time. He quickly diagnosed, gave me an estimate (under what we expected) and got into the crawlspace to fix it. As a homeowner it was a relief to have them go in there, check if there were any other leaks, fixed it quickly and provided some good tips (we are first time homeowners) including how to deal with flooding, etc.

The woman I spoke to in the office was very nice and got me in the schedule right away. I had Aaron come by to help figure out a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet. He called ahead to give me a time frame and arrived on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue fast and with no problem. I will be using them again.

We recently had an issue with a shutoff valve/​water line. I was able to call and speak to a plumber on the phone to get an estimate for the time involved and cost. It ended up costing almost double, partly because when he arrived there was more work necessary to repair the issue.
There were a few communication issues with getting the estimate, so I actually didn’t know how much it would cost until he arrived. But, it needed to get fixed, he arrived early (with a call ahead), repaired the problem, and was on his way. It was also nice that they were able to send someone out the same day I called.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I am taking away one star because communication between the office people, myself, and the plumber could have been a bit better.

This is from last year July 3rd and 4th 2013 to be exact Jason saved us from our 1 week heat wave very nice and polite… our ac died had no screens in our new house it was miserable… they stayed all day and came back on holiday !!! We are very pleased a year later with our heating /​ac unit and are looking forward to seeing him soon for cleaning :)
