H&R Block

This was our first time using anything other than TurboTax. We worked with Chantelle Steckler and she was great. She was very patient with us (it was our first time filing jointly and my wife is an independent contractor so we had no idea what we were doing). We didn’t have everything that we needed at our first appointment so we were able to schedule another appointment with Chantelle to complete the process. She was very good at explaining what certain things meant, and wanted to make sure we had everything in there that could help us get the most in return. And if she wasn’t sure of something, she wasn’t afraid to ask another advisor for help. She’s very personable and always had a smile on her face. We have absolutely no complaints about her or the business. Great customer service as soon as you walk in. they even kept us updated on when she was going to come take us back. Unfortunately they are not able to accept tips, but we will definitely refer everyone possible to her and we will also be back to see her next year! We are very satisfied with the process, the people, and our return that we are expecting!
