Business Owner

I started in the automotive business for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company performing small maintenance repairs in the shop. During my 10+ years with the company, I was promoted through the ranks and held several store manager positions. After leaving Goodyear, I spent a year at a small transmission shop then accepted a position at Titus Will Toyota. My dealership time was a great challenge but I knew I wanted to run my own shop. In September 2010 I started Evergreen Automotive.

This is the best auto repair place! I can not tell you how many times they have saved me money. We have all 3 cars serviced here and every time I walk away feeling very satisfied and so grateful to have a shop that takes such good care of me.
Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch.
I first found the shop several years ago when my son had some major work on a money pit of a BMW. I asked for bids on everything that needed to be done. Jenny gave us by far the best price for the work but also took the time to explain what we should do in priority of safety. I so appreciated that.
Most recently, I took my Camry hybrid in because the braking system was malfunctioning. I had received a recall notice from Toyota and called them asking if the malfunction was related to the recall and was told no. So I took it in to Evergreen. Jenny said it absolutely is related to the recall. Sure enough, once I had the dealer fix the recall issue, the braking system worked fine. Her integrity is unparalleled. I will never go anywhere else.

I spent almost two months screwing around with different auto repair places trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with my car. I finally came back to Evergreen because Jenny was the only one who I felt was giving me straight answers. EA spent countless hours on diagnostics and only charged me for a fraction of those hours. I know if I had taken my car anywhere else I would have been charged for every second! EA has my business for life!

Looks like the only satisfied customers who come here are those that came to pimp their ride. I know it’s partially my fault for not doing research about my problem before coming into the shop, but I thought it was a simple problem that had an easy fix. Instead, I left with my car worse off than it was before. When I called to ask about it the next day, they insinuated that I was making it up and didn’t even offer to look at it and fix what they broke. I ended up spending a lot of money in labor because they didn’t listen to me when I clearly articulated my problem. I only found this out afterwards when they came out to explain what they had been doing for that hour of wasted time (mine and theirs). Do not bring your car here.
