I really shouldn’t have even gave them the 1 star. after I had my oil changed for $ 10 I had asked if I could bring my girls car in next week so she could receive the same price and due yo the fact that she had to work. the guy at the front said sure no problem. So the next week I come in and ask is it still ok he replys no we have given you way to many deal we just can’t and this is coming from upper management. So I say that is what you last week now its not ok its not even my car I’m doing it for my girlfriend. no we just can’t do it. if it wasn’t for the fact I had to go next door to the other place in a hour I probably would have not gotten the oil change done for $ 20 which is a deal still but the lack of professionalism was quite stunning I mean they even have a sign right in front on the street that specifically says oil change $ 9.99. needless to say I won’t be bringing anymore business that way

I’m late for a review it been due awhile back. They would have got a 1 star but the girl that works at the checking counter was friendly and courteous. Unsatisfied with the owner he was rude when I asked for questions about rims. Tinted my car here and was Unsatisfied with it my car tint looked rushed and started to peel off within 2 weeks. Didn’t go back there since I sold the car. I recommend going to a different place for tint.

They treat their employees horrendously. I heard them berate and steal $ from their employees. They don’t give them credit for their work. Ask them who did almost all the work on the beast bus. Trust me they will say they did and not give credit where credit is deserved!

Epic was highly recommended by a Marine I used to work with. The side mirror on my car was torn off and needed replacing in addition to some minor wiring repair. The customer service was excellent. They explained their labor rate up front and gave a good faith estimate on the amount of time it would take to complete the job. When an unexpected complication arose they focused on getting the job done right instead of quick, and took the time to explain options rather than act independently. They also took took an interest in other possible modifications for my Mustang while being mindful not to push beyond my budget. Compared to a lot of other automotive shops, Epic stands out in terms of their overall presentation. This place is welcoming, clean, and designed for people with kids and jobs in mind. One feature in particular are temporary office spaces that can be used to work while you wait. Looking forward to coming back.

Tacoma Dodge sent me to Epic Customs to work out an issue with the wheels on my Chrysler 300C. What a great bunch of people and a beautiful store. They were so helpful. They diagnosed the problem that I had and offered several solutions. The car was fixed in about an hour and I was heading down the road a happy man.
