These guys were awesome. When I was getting nothing but excuses from my insurance agency these guys helped lessen the burden by having above and beyond customer service. I don’t usually rent vehicles but this experience made me want to only rent from these guys if I ever have to.

I zip car all the time and figured it was cheaper to rent a car for a weekend to run errands, etc. Noooope
Bad: Because I have no insurance (I don’t drive since I ride public transportation and use my feet, hence the no needing insurance & zip car includes it). It costs more for the insurance than it actually does to rent a car here.
But hey, Enterprise ended up buying out Zipcar sooooo, whatever.

I’ve been very happy with my service at this branch of Enterprise over many years and transactions. The staff here is always very polite and helpful.
My most recent interaction here was excellent. I’d been in a fender bender and the other driver’s insurance covered my rental car. The insurance sent me to Enterprise, but I’d been assigned too small a car. No problem! The guys at Enterprise called the insurance and took care of it for me. When the repairs to my car took longer than expected, the guys at Enterprise stepped in again and made sure my rental was covered.
This branch always goes out of their way to please… and they’ve never let me down. Highly recommended!
