Trying to get services for my elderly parents who went through their retirement money due to 4 cancer diagnosis and treatments has been a nightmare. It has taken months with different answers from different people. They do not call you back and no one answers their phone. How can you pay previous months participation amounts when you were told to pay certain bills to keep their money under the max amount. (I was given the wrong amounts) Then you are told that you have to pay x amount for each of the past months. Really! That is more than they were allowed to have! Very discouraging.

2 Stars only because my experience to get a copy of a document was fast where the information desk staff was able to just print out what I needed.
Bathrooms and interior can use an upgrade, seemed like it could use an good cleaning in the building, but it’s run by government so don’t expect any changes but a nice color of fresh paint and decent designed peel stick flooring could make a huge difference. (shouldn’t be over the top pricey. i j s).
That parking. OH EM GEE… that was ridiculous. You can ride around and around until someone comes out of the building then be on top of them like white on rice to get their parking space when they leave.
I did however find out you can park out on the street which only had 2 cars parked there. Plenty of room for lot’s of cars and it’s not much farther to walk if you are able. plus you won’t get any door dings.

Friendly staff willing to walk you through the process. Clean facilities and the line is never to long. The only downside is the sign up computers are glitchy.
