Coast Home Improvement is one of the oldest home improvement companies in Western Washington. Established in 1960 as Coast Aluminum, our main focus was storm windows, patio covers and awnings. In 1992, the company was purchased, the name was changed to Coast Home Improvement, Inc. and the focus shifted to vinyl window, awnings, and solid surface products.

Tacoma, WA
Called to find out if they were open to the public to view their showroom, and the receptionist replied «I don’t know what that means». I then asked if we could come look at their products or if we needed a designer or appt. to come look, and again, she replied «I don’t know». She then insisted I give my name, phone number, email, etc… so a salesperson could call me back. NOT good PR nor first impression if their own receptionist cannot answer basic question about viewing products during «business hours». Will NOT take our business here!
