Got exactly what I needed for my project.
Everything was ready to go when I got there.
Cheapest place in town.

Simply horrible. I came in for the first time and I was told they had 2 bobcats available, so I rented one. While waiting I heard several issues they were having, like delivering equipment without keys, delivering inoperable equipment, etc. After hearing the issues I thought about leaving. But unfortunately I decided to give them a chance. A MISTAKE. They were suppose to drop the vehicle of that evening and I ask them to call me if there were issues as I was was paying an operator to come out the next day. I showed up the next day to find out they didn’t deliver the bibcat, and when I called I was told the vehicle needed a line and I would have it by 10am. Well 10am came and no v
Bobcat and they had another excuse so I canceled. Stay away from this joke of a company, there are a complete mess!

I am infuriated with their service. My dad contacted them in advance and they mentioned that they would have the truck rentals dropped off from 6−8pm. While being patient and reasonable we patiently waited for their call. By 9:30PM they called saying that they should be there soon. That being said, we mentioned to them they we will leave in a bit to meet up with them. 1.5 hours later, my poor dad was still waiting for them. What’s crazy is that this is their second time on dropping off the trucks incredibly late. At 11:15PM the trucks were dropped off. My dad has been in contact with them since the morning of. I find that unacceptable, the least you can do is to give vivid updates to your clients.
I’m aware how critical they are on their pick dates and times, that being said it would have been professional of them to be considerate of our time as well.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not only is everyone on drugs, the company is ran horribly. The machine was delivered more than 24 hours late and they tried to charge us twice! Do NOT give your CC info to this company! He pays his employees under the table and lies to you about how long you can have the machine and when they will be by to pick it up! The whole thing was a nightmare dealing with it. NEVER AGAIN will we use this place or refer anyone to this place. horrible horrible horrible experience. Everything they say is a complete lie.

Equipment works great. But not trustworthy at all!!! They don’t deliver on time… Said they drop off bobcat Monday night @6−8… Bobcat got delivered Tuesday @10…
Called to have them pick up @6 Tuesday night they said it would be about an hour — they ended up picking the bobcat up @1:30 on Wednesday. Horrible!!!

As another reviewer said you don’t even deserve one star, you deserve jail time.
We called to see about renting a small motorcycle trailer and were told it would be $ 17.99, when we got there they asked for $ 60, $ 40 of which was to be a deposit. We came back less then 3 hours later to drop it off and they refused to give us our «deposit» back, the man said it was $ 60 for the tiny trailer for 3 hours, and the price on the phone was a lie. Knowing my husband is not only in the army but just returned home from a deployment these people still tried to steal from him. Today he called Uhaul directly who connected us with the regional manager who arranged for my husband to be able to pick up most of our deposit, I honestly think they should of done more after the amount of time and gas we had to waste on their bs. When my husband picked up his money the girl even had the audacity to be rude acting as if they had a right to steal from him. On top of it all these trashy criminals even stink, seriously it’s called deodorant maybe you should buy some with all the money you’re stealing from hard working people.

They honestly don’t even deserve 1 star. Scheduled a delivery for the next day, no show no call. Finally after calling 20 + times that day they answered with the manager Chris after hanging up on us, then scheduled delivery for the next day, still no call and no show. NEVER rent from them, EVER. You can not rely on these people and their phone never gets answered. Call Pape Rentals or any other rental company in the area.

I rented a Bobcat to move soil. The delivery driver was great but the equipment was junk! I called the rental number and was told the equipment was in great shape and was just serviced. When looked at the service date it was ten months ago. The call center was rude and insulted me. The equipment was unsafe! When the driver picked up the equipment, he said the owner was always cutting corners and this machine was known to be a piece of junk. Avoid this business at all cost!

Rented a Bobcat for my pile of washed rock I had delivered to be put in has landscaping around my home. Delivery guys were friendly and this place beat out all others in rent and delivery price! Will do biz with again!

I wish I could give a negative star. We reserved their movers 2 weeks in advance and even confirmed the day prior. Moving day arrives and NO ONE SHOWS UP! So we call and asked if they were on their way and the office guy says «I don’t know, I have to call dispatch». We called back 45 mintues later and he says «I need more time to figure out what is going on». We waited 2 hours for them to finally call back and at that point we didn’t have enough time left with our rental truck. chris had the nerve to get an attitude with us on the phone… he calls 2 hours late and says «I’ve been trying to call you, do you want us to come help you or what?». He called once and hung up after we waited and had called 3 times already– and how is it my fault he was 2 hours late? Bottom line, if you want help moving don’t trust these guys!!!
