Based upon the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try Vallars. I went there a few times to look at the granite and finally decided on one. Their representative said she would get back to me regarding an appointment for measurement and a final price quote. After waiting a week with no response from them, I called and left a message for her to call me back. After waiting another week with no response, I emailed her to get back to me. Still no response. I ended up going to another tile store and had them install my countertops. It’s sad a business will not get back to their customers after numerous attempts to do so. I would not want to do business with a company that has so little regard for its customers.
