Trinity Salon & Spa

Barb gave me Nova Lash extensions and I LOVE them! I’m officially hooked. She is so nice and did a great job. It isn’t cheap, but it’s totally worth it. The process was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep!

I actually just came on here to get Trinity’s phone number, but I feel compelled to write a review after reading the only review posted here. I too had a massage with Megan, and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! She put warm blankets (maybe it was a heating pad?) on my back while she worked my legs, which was a nice touch, and her technique was awesome. Yes, some areas were slightly uncomfortable while she was working on them, but if you’ve ever gotten a good, proper massage before then you know that that is necessary to work out knots. Awesome job.

This spa is amazing! From the customer service to the spa services it is a class act! My friends and I had a girls weekend. We are all from different areas around the state and met in Syracuse. On a whim I called this spa to see if they could take all three of us for pedicures about two weeks in advance. The spa is set up with two beautiful pedicure stations with a half wall dividing the two stations for privacy. There was not room for three of us. However, they went out of their way to accommodate us by offering to bring in staff to do a manicure for one of us (as it is in the same area and we could be together.) The other option was a facial while two received pedicures. I took the facial while my friends received their pedicures.
The facial was fabulous, luxurious, simply spectacular. The technician never left the room as happens during many facials. She exfoliated, massaged and moisturized the entire time. She was not rushed and I felt truly pampered. Face, neck, upper chest, arms and hands. It was very relaxing. My skin was glowing when I was done. I noticed it but both of my friends commented when I was done. That has never happened with a facial for me before.
My friends raved about their pedicures. They were so relaxed and ready for our day of wine tours once we left. The massage portion of the pedicure was pure bliss (or so I was told.) My friends also commented that they were a little giddy and silly (hey…it was a girls weekend and we never get out!) and the staff was fun and energetic. We were all made to feel comfortable and valued as customers.
The spa was very clean including the bathroom. Waiting area was small but comfortable. The spa is located at the side of the building, not the front where the address is. Made it a little hard to find and we actually had to call to find out if we were in the right spot. Once we walked to the side of the building it was easy to locate. The area did not appear to be the best, but at no time was I worried about my safety (or my car’s!)
I would highly recommend you book an appointment here. We are already making plans to go back!

Jackie gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had recently. Very sophisticated and easy to manage. I’ve received tons of compliments and would definitely recommend this salon.

I got a massage here with Megan. It was definitely not the best service or massage I have gotten. The woman working at the reception desk was not attentive, and the massage was sub-​par. She left me waiting in the room for a long time after I got undressed, and the massage was not very relaxing. I left with more aches and pains then I came with, and the massage therapist was very aggressive with her massage techniques. I will not come here again.
