Renting from this place has been the worst experience for my student as well as a parent. Upon moving in, they double charged me the application fee and told me to take it off the first months rent. Then, they didn’t apply the credit and so we incurred late fees from7 months until I (the co signor) was notified. They would not budge on the late fees. Additional they are vague in giving any descriptions about your ledger. The office staff is incompetent. When we went in to sign the lease, they didn’t have a key for the apartment and only one key for the entire apartment for the laundry room. RENT ANYWHERE else but here. We are in a lease with other families, and we are all looking forward to paying the last months rent and washing our hands of this filthy place!

The apartments were decent, but the price was steep. I guess if your a young college kid then this would be the perfect place and treat it like a dorm. Our neighbors (the lax bros) as I called them were drug dealers and had people coming all hours. We complained to the management but nothing happened. The office staff were never there, the gym is straight out of the 80’s. The only perk is how close it is to OCC and central air.
