Established in 2013.

Syracuse Nails & Spa was first opened in Syracuse, New York 2013. The entire staff at Enliven Nail & Spa are proud members of the professional beauty industry. It is our mission to continually pursue ways to better our skills and learn new techniques to share with our wonderful customers. While they appear to have the «cheapest» pedicure or manicure they tack on charges for every little thing making it much pricier than advertised.
Also did terrible pedicure and manicure — didn’t even soak my hands which I enjoy. And the pedicure the did poorly and quickly to get me in and out of the seat. Won’t bother going back

I went there for a Mani-​Pedi about 4 weeks ago after reading all the reviews here. However, to my surprise, the Pedicure was a real quick, short-​cut version with a very superficial namesake massage with scrub on my legs (where there’s absolutely no pressure nor effort involved) to the point where it was really ineffective. My feet weren’t scrubbed well at all. My feet felt like they just came out after a warm shower but not how they were supposed to feel after a pedicure! The massage was good though while my nails were drying. The staff was polite too. Yet, I would have liked it a lot better if there was some effort put into giving a much better pedicure. Never going back again!

The nail salon was very clean they have lots of workers. There’s a huge television in the back for people to watch other waiting. They do massages manicures pedicures waxes and much more. They are very friendly yet very quiet. The atmosphere is very relaxing in the price is just right specially if you’re a college student you get 20% off each thing that you do there.
I had a color change for my toes and I had a gel manicure done. They are very fast working in hard make sure to tip because they do a phenomenal job. With the two discounts applied to the color change in the gel manicure I came to a total of $ 36 not including a tip. I highly recommend this place. This place is on early Boulevard across from Geico. Is very close to LeMoyne college. I went to get my nails done at noon and it was very busy. In addition they give you a stamp card after you go there so many times you get one free.
Overall experience was wonderful definitely & I will be going there again.

Came in and got right in, the proceeded to tell me that it was $ 5 extra to take my gel polish off which was already half off which I have never heard of before. They guy then cut me with the cuticle cutter. I sat after everyone around me and got up before them worst pedi I have ever had. Not worth it.

Sometimes it’s really busy so I try to come on weekdays. There are a lot of chairs and employees though so it’s usually fine. I’ve only ever had a gel manicure done here but I’ve done it a couple of times. The first one was done perfectly and lasted for 3 weeks with no signs of wear. The second one was done by a different nail tech and was clearly not nearly as well done, but still better than most places I’ve been.
Also they have a 20% discount and you get a free manicure after 10 visits!

I travel a lot for work and I always try to find a salon that I can use in that area if I end up getting time for a gel mani/​pedi. I will definitely return to this salon. They were courteous, helpful, clean and no signs of disrepair. Lily did a wonderful job cleaning up my feet/​cuticles and the pressure of her massage was perfect. The neck/​shoulder massage as my nails were drying was the best end to the visit. As I said, I look got the local salons and I will definitely return.

Horrible! I had a gel manicure, That lasted less than 7 days, the tips were messed up. When I went to the place to have them fix, they said to sit down and they will fix it. I sat down and when they were half way removing the gel, they said it is 5 dollars for the removal and 35 $ for the new coat.
When I asked politely why and they said they don’t fix anything for free, even if it is their mistake. So they won’t fix the nails they messed up as soon as you walked out through their door.
They kept talked in their language and laughing about it. Horrible experience, no customer service when it comes to fix problems

Worse experience ever.
I had an appointment for my pedicure at 2pm, when I got there they made me wait for 45 min in the chair with my feet in the water until one girl came to me and painted my nails in 5 min. Still had to pay the full price for such a mediocre service. Never coming back ever again

I was visiting for a week for business when I found this place on Unilocal.it was open nice and late so after our training and we were able to get mani pedi’s. the pedis were super quick but nice looking & the chairs are very comfortable. The owner is very very very nice and the prices are ok. The extra little massages they give you during your treatments are a big plus!

First time here. Got a reg mani pedi for 37 bucks. Very elegant looking place, everything looked clean, but they did reuse the tools from one customer to the other which is NOT sanitary, so they definitely need to fix that. My nail tech was Annie. She was good but cut my cuticles too close to the root. Everyone was professional. Just wish they did more leg massaging during the pedicure. Bring your student I’d card and you get a discount so I ended up paying 30 bucks.

I absolutely love coming here. I have been going here for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I typically call ahead to make a reservation and even when it’s busy they do their best to accommodate you. They have a great selection of colors and are always very professional. I haven’t been to another nail salon in Syracuse that has the same cleanliness, attention to detail, or good customer service. Definitely the place to go!

Visiting Syracuse from California to drop my daughter off in college and after the move-​in I really needed a mani/​pedi. The concierge at my hotel suggested that we try Syracuse Nail and Spa and I’m so glad we did.
Everyone was so nice and professional here. The spa is very spacious and they have an amazing selection of nail polish colors. The manager is wonderful and friendly. I got the Pomegranate Special. In addition to the very professional service, the foot massage was A1. (P.S. Ask for Leo!) I was so relaxed that I almost forgot I was traveling and far from home. This was definitely a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back if I lived here.

I had a pedicure done two weeks ago and it still looks excellent with no chipping or fading. The staff is incredibly polite. They offer discounts to students and also have free beverages. The only downside is that they cannot allow you to add a tip the the check when paying for credit, but there is a free ATM on site. This has become my go-​to salon!

I started coming here a few years ago before my wedding, so when I needed a pedicure and gel manicure for a wedding we are attending this weekend Syracuse Nail & Spa was the first place that came to mind. I called ahead and made an appointment so I knew that there would be time allotted for my services. I arrived 10 minutes early and was barely acknowledged but I thought — Hey! They are busy. good thing I made and appointment. So Annie, started my pedicure. It was nice but very fast. While I was getting my pedicure quite a few people came in as walk-​ins and I could tell that Annie started speeding up to finish my service. By the time my gel manicure ended I felt like she sped through it just to get the other people taken care of. My manicure and pedicure were OK — but not what I am used to in terms of quality. especially from Syracuse Nail & Spa. So much for having an appointment…

I love it here! I come every 2 weeks for a pedicure and gel manicure. I prefer the IBD (maybe IDG) gel colors and find that they last longer and look nice for a full two weeks. I would recommend calling ahead, even if it’s the same day, and making an appointment if you are not interested in waiting. They tend to be really busy right after 5pm and I find the best time to go is right when they open.
They have an ATM, snacks, TV lounge area, and drinks. If you bring your kids or anyone with you who isn’t getting something done, there is space to wait on the couches.

This place is so clean everything looks brand new! The staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing. I really love that the nail files and buffers they use are individually packaged so you know they are brand new and have never been used on anyone else’s feet! Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Décor is very nice but my gel manicure and pedicure was not. The pedicure was rushed and lacked exfoliating my feet. As for the gel manicure the tech did not even soak my cuticles before cutting. Plus I doubt the tools he used were even autoclave. As a newcomer to Syracuse I will not be going back.

I’ve been going there for over a year pretty regularly but today I’m done. I’ve been annoyed with them before but gone back to give them chance after chance. They do have good color selection for gel polish and the lady who greets you is very nice and always remembered me but unfortunately her technicians never did. I tip generously but no one ever seemed to remember me or perform the same service the same way. Always skimping on some step or trying to sneak an extra charge in without asking.
I get my manicures and pedicures to relax. This is a luxury expense and I go in feeling like I’m disturbing their day. I leave anything but relaxed. They are always talking loudly to each other, or have their phones out to watch a video or play a game. Loudly! Today one technician was on her phone on speaker while she was with a client.
My nails come out well the majority of the time but every 3 – 4 visits they just suck. Today I had to repeatedly ask them to redo a nail. And it took forever!
I paid for the VIP membership but I don’t even care anymore, I’m done. If I’m paying $ 60-​$ 80 a visit then I want to relax. Not babysit them doing my nails or listen to people talking and watching their phones. Phones aren’t allowed on my job. Go to the back room. It’s rude.
