They got me an appointment time exactly when I wanted it, and when my plans changed I was able to reschedule with no problem. There’s ample off-​street parking, and the building is far enough back from the street that even if there are protesters (which there often aren’t), they can’t interact with you and it’s not a bother. The staff was all very nice and calm and knowledgeable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed so I didn’t feel any of the anxiety that I usually feel when at the doctor’s. The appointment was very very thorough, not rushed AT ALL, and they took the time to discuss things with me and answer questions, even things that weren’t directly related to why I was there. It’s a truly wonderful place and the best health care experience I’ve had!
