Nun Better Chocolates & Custom Gift Baskets

First of all, this place has relocated to Buckley Road… Who can resist a candy store run by a nun with candies made by nuns? This is a cute shop, housed off the lobby of an assisted living facility for… you guessed it… retired nuns. There is a feeling of zen as you enter this sacred space. There are homemade chocolates, and old fashioned candies apparently bought in bulk and packaged by the sisters. Good selection, and great gift ideas. Don’t leave without buying some bark. There is a wide variety of different mix-​ins. Outside the shop are a rack of exquisite handmade girl’s dresses.
Don’t leave without visiting the gift shop nearby. You will find everything from toys, collectibles, hand knit baby blankets, and home-​made greeting cards. Look carefully and you just might find a treasure. I know I have found several. The stores have limited hours, so check before you go. These are secret gems.
