I am a tenant of Palace court apts managed by Morris management. Im sad that I am moving, not because of management. I LOVE MY Apartment because of a neighbor below me has caused NUMEROUS FIRES! THE last one was in Dec 16 2015, Thank god no one was injured! The Smoke alarms Did Not Go Off! .management has failed to EVICT HIM. Maintenance guys are GREAT. I AM A Senior, and disabled. I am in total DISTRESS OVER the recent fire. I just wish I could stay, unfortunately I can’t live in FEAR OF ANOTHER FIRE.
