If I could put zero stars, I would. What a disappointment. I had family in town for the weekend for my son’s baptism and a dark cloud hung over everyone’s head because of their experience at the Moonstruck Manor. Ann was flat out rude at every encounter. It blows my mind she has been in business for so many years.
I’ve never written a negative review on any site before, so you can image how upset I am by my family’s experience. I had been so excited to show off my home town and treat my family to a fun weekend — instead I’m embarrassed and angry.
Do not waste your time, energy or money staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moonstruck Manor in late March. We had ventured to Syracuse for a basketball tourney, and of course all of the hotels near the arena were either sold out or very expensive. This cozy B&B was about 5 miles from downtown Syracuse. Our room was very pretty and quite comfortable. We had a homemade breakfast and chatted with the owners both mornings we were there. We even came home the first night to a note that said they knew the games were going late and that they would serve breakfast later for us! A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting upstate NY.
