I sometimes stop in here to lust after their satchels and hint to my husband how much I want one. However, I find that even though it’s an outlet, I’m not willing to pay the (what is to me) high price.
We were recently in the mall for «Black Friday» and stopped in to see if there were any special deals going on. Much to my happiness, everything in the store was 40% off plus being given an additional 20% off coupon as we were walking in. I was confused if that meant 60% off total, or if it meant 20% off the 40% off price. My husband asked the sales person, who said 60% off total. So, he decided to buy me a beautiful purse as an early Christmas present. However, the sales person was incorrect. It was 20% off the 40% off total. Not a huge deal, but the final price did end up higher than we were led to believe. In a store like this where you are asking people to fork over what to many people is a good chunk of money, your sales people should be giving accurate information about prices.
That said, every time I have been in here, the staff have been very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The store is well stocked and maintained, and it is definitely cheaper than paying full price.
Overall, it is a good place to come if you like Michael Kors purses and accessories, especially during good sales days.

I was super happy to find a Michael Kor’s outlet in the mall, I had been looking for a nice watch to wear to work and I know they have some pretty good ones. The store has a ton of selection of bags, scarves, wallets, watches, and the normal MK brand things you would find in a regular store. They always have coupons when you walk in, or at least most outlet stores I’ve been to have an extra deal going on, which makes shopping there even better.
We browsed for things and I found a great watch for extra clearance. I love the deals so if you’re looking, keep searching around, there is more then one setup for watches, men’s and women’s. The staff is really friendly, the woman who helped me [I think her name was Ashley] was extremely friendly and helpful, she wasn’t overly pushy but definitely wanted to help on my choice of «laptop bags.» She was super helpful with the watch as well.
I would come back to look at bags, it’s much cheaper and worth shopping here rather then the actual store. Although it’s far away from me, whenever I want to splurge I’ll visit here.
