Kost Tire and Auto Care

I went there for tires and an inspection and I also had some worn steering and suspension parts replaced and they were supposed to align it. The new front tires were worn to the belts in two weeks on the outer edges! So I think they skipped the alignment part. I know they did because the steering was all wrong. They probably just turned the tie rods until the steering wheel was straight. So now they put two front tires on for free and again they are supposed to realign the car so it does not happen again. I go to pick the car up and I catch the guy adjusting my front alignment with a tape measure! That is ridiculous! Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay all over again. I also caught them lying to me several times. The place is filthy and staffed by dishonest people who are too inexperienced and unprofessional to do good work. Try and find a local neighborhood shop that is not part of a national chain. You do not want these people working on your car. I also suspect that they did not balance the front tires when they replaced them the second time because I have a vibration not at 45 mph and above.

DO NOT USE. I got snow tires put on there nothing but problems from the second I drove away. They convinced me to go with a tire I never heard of saying they were great. Drove away 10 minutes later tire light went on had to fill all 4 tires. Next day same thing. Next day completely flat tire. Called they said come in we will check them. After sitting in nasty waiting room I was told that one tire was completely bad. Not only that they did not have another one on stock. Now I have to sit and wait until they get one from another store. Meanwhile I am away from work inconvienced. They never offered to drive me back even though I work 2 minutes away. To top it off their commercial came on the TV advertising a lower price on tires than they just charged me. Never again.

Recommended for great service, great value, great communication and supportive of ways to save the customer money, even if it means using alternative part sourcing.
