Have tried each cookie and can honestly say they are the best… always warm when they arrive too… Phenomenal… awesome cookies and service…

I have never been disappointed with the cookies at Insomnia. The price is a bit high for cookies, but they are absolutely delicious! Especially since they serve them warm.

Would give it more stars for really good cookies, but the woman working the counter made it extremely hard to enjoy our experience. She greeted us as we walked in the door by throwing down whatever she was doing, ignoring my «hello», and saying «how can I help you?» in one of the most uninterested voices I’ve ever heard. I asked a question about what one of the items on their menu was and you could practically hear the eye-​roll in her voice, as if I somehow bothered her with my inquiry. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie sandwich and she slapped it together and threw it in a box, took my money, and resumed working without another word. I brushed it off and figured she might just be having a bad day, but other reviewers seem to have had similar encounters with the same woman. Insomnia should do something about this because the awful customer service is just ridiculous and giving the company a bad name– almost makes me not want to go back to avoid the bad vibes, but alas, I can’t refuse a good cookie.

If you want fast warm fresh cookies, do not order from here. Waited over 2 hours to have only encountered unprofessional customer service calls. Extremely disappointed with the performance of this business.

Best cookies I’ve ever had. I go back again and again even though there is a 20 minute drive to the location. Well worth it. The cookies are always warm and chewy, just the way I like my cookies. I can’t remember every flavor I’ve had since I believe I’ve had them all. Whichever on you get, you won’t be disappointed. I’m glad I don’t go to SU since I’d be here all the time! Stop by for the perfect cookie.

Just kidding, I got a six pack of two chocolate chunks, double chocolate mint, two oatmeal raisins and a peanut butter chip. I ate the chocolate chunk and double chocolate mint and my belly feels bloated and painfully full. Having said that, the cookies were warm and sweet, but had that machine-​made texture to it. The double chocolate mint tasted borderline like toothpaste but the chocolate helped balance it out. Do not eat these cookies if you are on a low cal diet! I just woke up from a nap because these cookies wore me down and made me drowsy… What are in these cookies?!
I definitely recommend this as a late night snack and it’s a staple at any college campus. If you can’t sleep, eat an insomnia cookie, it will knock you out.

Ordered a chocolate chunk cookie cake for a birthday party — it was delicious but too bad they won’t customize them. They were also out of the ‘Happy Birthday’ ones, even though I ordered three days ahead. The service is a little lacking but overall, best place in Syracuse for yummy cookies! Also love they’re website — very user friendly.

The cookie was warm and very chocolaty! It was very good. Service could have been a bit more friendly but the cookie was good!

Everything I ever dreamed insomnia cookies would be and more. We ordered the triple chocolate chunk, peanut butter cup and s’mores cookies. The s’mores cookie is unbelievable and has chunks of graham cracker and chewy gooey marshmallow. They all have plenty of chocolate. Find one and go, you’ll be happy you did!

If I could rate this with zero stars I would.
The service was awful. The young female working the counter was as rude as they come. She literally rolled her eyes and threw our cookie into the box. We ordered it with the ice cream-​BAD CHOICE. It was melted by the time we walked out the door.
The cookies are hard and lacked flavor.
What a waste of time and money. Too bad, it’s a great concept.

The cookies are great and at a good price. I spent about 6 months in Syracuse for work and this was one of my favorite dessert places. The staff was ultra friendly and the warm, chocolaty, freshly made cookies are amazing. We ordered and walked by quite a few times, and they were always great.

This place is so good I’m embarrassed by how often I order cookies delivered straight to my apartment. It always takes about an hour to show up, but the cookies are warm and gooey, leading me to believe they might be baked (or at least re-​heated) to order? Either way, damn these are good.

AWESOME SNACKS!!! Open at almost all hours (closes at 3am). They make killer cookies, the best you’ll ever find on a college campus. Their brownies aren’t half bad either.

Ive never been disappointed with freshly baked insomnia cookies! My go to choices are: sugar cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies and my ultimate favorite WHITE CHOCOLATE CHOP AND MACADAMIAN COOKIES! I love the fact that they’re open late to satisfy my late night sugar tooth cravings!

Good cookies. $ 1.35 is the right price. Served warm. Great notion!
Why don’t any of these places offer dark chocolate macadamia instead of only white chocolate? I can’t make sense of this.

Warm cookies, all the time!
$ 1.35 for a warm cookie is the perfect sugar fix! Just like the other Insomnia Cookie shops I have been too the cookies are always served nice and warm. Today I tried the double chocolate mint for the first time and it was awesome. The edges were crispy and the rest was delicious gooey-​ness. A couple times I found the cookies to be a little less gooey, as if they had been sitting in the warmer for too long. T
hey offer a great variety of flavors such as M&M, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, white macadamia and others. The deluxe cookies are bigger, so a bit more money, but worth every penny. The s’mores deluxe is one of my favorites. In addition to milk, they have plenty of other beverages.
I have to try the brownie next!

Warm gooey cookies! I can see why people love it.

Though I didn’t go to school here, I was visiting and Syracuse is lucky to have this amazing place! Apparently, this was the first Insomnia store to open up! I heard other schools around the east coast have this branch as well. Dang all you lucky kids! Wish my college campus had this. They’re open for freshly baked cookies ’til I think 3 am?! Well, at least they do delivery up to that hour! Hot and fresh outta the oven, these cookies are a little over a $ 1 — it’s cookie heaven for these students here I’m sure. They gots different kinds of cookie flavors! The chocolate mint is very satisfying :)

Warm, gooey, chocolatey, melt in your mouth sCRUMBtious cookies! The definition of perfection. Cookies are kept in a cookie heater, where they remain incredible until they’re yours. Cold and stale cookies are unheard of in the heavenly land of Insomnia Cookies. My favorites are chocolate chip (classic), double chocolate mint, and M&M’s!
Perfect location right by campus. Cookie break in between classes? Yes please! It’s $ 1.25 for each cookie, but they are bigger than normal. And it’s not a bad price to pay for a few moments of ultimate bliss!
Insomnia Cookies also delivers right to your door! The only thing that makes pizza less exciting. Just check to make sure all your cookies are there before the delivery person leaves… I caught them forget a few cookies once. Don’t let them do this to you!
