I would rate my experience with Dr. Weinstein’s office as two star for the following reasons:
1) They didn’t have a time available for about four weeks out from when I called
2) They rescheduled an appointment we made within two weeks of the date
3) They made my appointment at a different location than my original location without letting me know (a location a half hour farther away)
4) They do not take calls during the normal lunch hour (12−1pm) and about ten minutes before or after, making it hard for a person working a normal job to speak with someone.
I drove out to their office, an hour drive round trip, twice because of miscommunications about rescheduling and the location of the appointment. I was not able to make it into an appoint from Oct to Dec of 2014 and decided to move onto another doctors office because of it. I have had no issues with any other doctor I go to (dentist, primary care, etc) like I have with this one.
I can only speak to the schedule and service part of their business, but regarding those I would not recommend this doctor’s office.
