History

Established in 2006.

Cococello is the design studio of Deb Pang Davis. For nearly a decade I worked with editors, writers, illustrators and photographers in packaging stories for newspapers and magazines. In 2006 after moonlighting a bit, I opened the doors of Cococello. At first I was designing wedding invitations and advertorials. Now I offer a suite of design solutions including web design.

I totally enjoyed the experience of working with Ms. Pang-​Davis, and I LOVE the results of her work.
The thing that really made me happy from the beginning is that she has a *tight* contract that outlines the scope of the work to be done. –You know what’s considered scope-​creep and what’s not – she doesn’t play the games that a lot of designers might play when you either have a vague contract or no contract at all. If you start pushing the limit of what your contract covers, she lets you know so that there are no surprises.
She’s exceptionally professional and all about business, yet very personable and easy to work. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and the answers she gave were always timely, well-​thought-​out, and well-​researched if necessary.
As you will see from my site (
) and from the past projects in her portfolio, she has an excellent eye for design. Her work is very classy, elegant and modern.
I don’t normally give five stars for *anything,” but my experience with Ms. Pang-​Davis was just that good. –And this is coming off of having hired/​worked with another web designer/​developer for a previous project – I wasn’t particularly happy in that experience.
I anticipate future web design/​development and graphics projects, and I WILL be hiring Ms. Pang-​Davis for all of them.
