i have a property that this people manage. Every month they remit the rent late 30 days late and have to call them each month for the rent. And most of the time there will be no answer. Very frustrating. Considering of moving to another property management. Try calling the number yourself and see if they will answer. 9 out of 10 tries there will be no answer. Likewise they have increased the property management fee from 5%, to 10% without letting me know ahead of time. No communication at all.

This is a BAD management company run by the following: Pamela Lawrence, John St. Denis, and Stephanie Jacobs. They do not pay you on time and when you try getting a hold of them. good luck. check them on BBB three complaints filed and on their facebook more unsatisfied customers. ***WARNING Do not do business with these folks. They will waste your time and money. ***
