It doesn’t matter what people think of the store, because lately it appears most AT&T users in the Syracuse area can’t use the service anyways. AT&T Phones have been showing 4 or 5 bars no matter where you are, but when you try to make a call you usually get a «Service Unavaillable» message, or the call connects then drops after 30 seconds.
I’ve seen reviews all over the web about this issue and until AT&T realizes that they actually have to let customers make calls, rather than just signing them up and taking money for the service, no one should buy an AT&T branded phone.

Went in… was told by a blond haired woman I have to sign in and wait to talk to someone regarding my issue. she took all my info… then I sat down and waited and then saw someone else come in and sign in.
A worker who just got done with a customer then walks over and proceeds to help that person Instead of me… who signed in before. I complained to the woman who acted like I was being silly. Uh no… I was actually following the system they set up… they however dont seem to understand the concept behind the reasoning of signing in.
Other than that the guy was helpful with my questions but over all at my times at this location its clear none of them would ever cut it at the Apple Store.

This is an awesome store, along with awesome staff. From the time you step into the store to when all is red loved, you are treated with respect and all the professionalism the staff possess. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time we have needed anything from ATT, we have always followed Tome. He’s the best of best and now at a higher position and not at this store, but the staff is as good. Not a complaint. Happy here. Thank you ATT.
