Our firm represents one of the largest commercial and residential landlords in the NYC area. We also represent co-​ops, condo boards, and tenants in their disputes over rent and maintenance charges, lease violations, rent regulated issues concerning illegal subletting, non primary residence and rent overcharges and other related issues.

Mr. Dank has years of experience prosecuting and defending various civil litigation actions in state and federal courts.

Our firm has years of experience handling commercial and residential real estate matters relating to the sale or purchase of a residential or commercial property. We have particular expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial store leases and franchise agreements.
