This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life… after being given a malfunctioning samsung galaxy s6 I was charged a restocking fee of $ 80…I Quickly called verizon wireless customer service department and was told they should not be charging me if the phone is malfunctioning. Omed the sales person was as helpful as possible but AMIT the manager was rude, condescending and foul mouthed. In the end Iwas forced to pay the fees because I was traveling the next day and was in desperate need of a mobile phone. I would rather slit my wrist than ever step foot in this store again… they financially and emotionally rape their customers!

First time at this Verizon store. Can’t really say anything great about the customer service. Next time, I’ll look for a different Verizon store and take my business elsewhere.
