Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies

If I could give a ZERO! I would. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE WITH YOUR POOL! They are the worst, absolute worst. We purchased a pool cover from them last year, it was measured wrong and it took them until DECEMBER to get the replacement cover. In the meantime, everything Mother Nature could toss into the pool between September (when the pool should have been closed) and December when it finally was closed was left in the pool. I had put an old tarp over the top with water bags to try and keep it as clean as possible but when they came to close the pool, anything on top of the tarp fell into the pool. THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD OPEN THE POOL AND ENSURE IT WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR! They came to open it, and of course it is full of leaves and algae like I have never seen in my 20 plus years of having a pool. I now have a swamp in my backyard, not a pool! The System Manager came today with a young man to clean the leaves out of the pool and he was SURPRISED! and MAD! at the person who closed the pool last year to see so many leaves in the pool, yet he was here when they closed the pool!!! Gary S. stayed here for less than an hour letting the young man do most of the work, then left my pool still green and full of leaves as they have a tight SCHEDULE TODAY! They mess up my pool and I am suppose to wait until they can try and find someone to take care of it!!! This is Memorial Day weekend, my daughter’s birthday, time for BBQ and family and friends, I guess our plans will have to be put ON HOLD while they tend to their busy schedule!!!

Holy smokes… probably two of the least helpful or interested salespeople I’ve ever run into!
