Andrew, the owner, is concerned about each customer and their level of satisfaction. He is a perfectionist who prides himself on completing each order to his highest expectations. Susie provides expert tailoring. All the staff is very friendly. Andy provides superb «like new» cleaning of UGG boots. You can trust him to give care and attention to all your garments. As far as I am concerned, they are not only the finest and most professional dry cleaners, they serve as a role model for how a local business should satisfy the needs of a demanding community. Andrew is a master in so many areas, as broad and diverse as using the best mix of eco-​friendly and ultra-​safe chemicals for any problem through customizing the cleaning service for each of his customers. I have been using Andrew Howard for years. I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else. Andrew is professional and friendly. My wedding dress (from 1985) was destroyed in a flood, and he brought it back to life. The staff is great. And he will make good on his guarantee if you are dissatisfied in any way. Plus Susie is a terrific seamstress.

The staff and owner are very welcoming and accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. Closed on Sundays but open fairly late during the week. I have brought a variety of fabrics, suits, comforters, and even had hems sown. Very happy with their services.

The delivery gentleman is very sweet and prompt. Whenever there is an
issue about a garment or pricing the owner Andrew goes out of his way to ameliorate
the issue right away. It’s more expensive but worth it…

Just had to post what a great business this is… my daughter is doing a clothing drive for charity and it was suggested to me to call Andrew from Andrew Howard dry cleaners in Syosset. Andrew cleaned all of our donated dresses for free! It’s rare to come upon a business that supports people trying to give back to their community. Worth the trip even for the friendly service.
