The young lady who took my order on a Wednesday went above-​n-​beyond what I would hope to receive in courtesy and service. I forgot to consider how much time Sunny Cleaners would need to safely and adequately clean my items in time for a weekend party and wedding, but the young lady kindly assured me she would provide «special care» to finish my order on time.
Dry cleaning was reasonably priced ($ 5 for men’s pants and $ 4 for lady’s wool hat) and Sunny Cleaners cheerfully accepted my 20% coupon from Valpak.
You may find it helpful to write out your instructions or questions if you experience any difficulty communicating with ESL (English as a Second Language) staff. The young lady who provided customer service was obviously very intelligent and all it took was a little effort on my part and a few written words for us to better understand each other and achieve a mutually beneficial experience :)
