I had purchased a Callaway driver from Dick’s Sporting Goods. The upper end of the shaft snapped after hitting a drive. Dick’s told me that Callaway would not replace as that defect was not under warranty. I took it to Golf Galaxy and asked their opinion. They immediately told me Callaway would replace the shaft without any problem. Only fee might be $ 10 for shipping. Even though I told them I had bought it at Dick’s they were more than glad to help me get my driver fixed. Great service. Won me over as a customer.
