Very cute spot and really enjoyed the soup and grilled cheese on a cold day when we were passing through town. The mimosas were strong but good and lots of cool other drink options if we had wanted wine, but it was a bit too early in the day for that.

Good wine prices and a friendly staff. Try the Basil Chicken Salad. It’s worth eating again and again.

The food and the wine selection is outstanding. Jon is very helpful to find a wine that anyone can enjoy. The menu has great small bites, and I highly recommend the Ruben.

We went for lunch and ordered quiche of the day with a side of kale salad. The food quality was good. But the portion sizes were very small. I suspect they sliced the quiche in order to get 12 servings per pie. Tiny. We both looked at each other and chuckled when the food arrived because it was laughable. The kale salad was served in a plastic condiment cup that probably holds 3 ounces when full. However the salad was only about a tablespoon of volume. It was barely adequate for a garnish, so I consider it offensive that the management calls this a «side». Needless to say, we left hungry. My wife and I are locals who eat out daily. So we were excited to see the old bakery reborn as a wine-based restaurant. But the luncheon experience was so disappointing that we will not try them for dinner.

Wonderful experience from start. The bartender was very informed about the wines he stocks and was able to make several recommendations for us. He was friendly and fun to chat with and we wound up spending the whole evening there sipping wine, eating tappas and chatting. This, according to him, is how he hopes patrons will use his establishment. His wines are well priced by the way. The food was also delicious and I recommend anything. We had the cheese tray and charcuterie to start and the grilled cheese and the hot italian sandwich.

Great location in a cute area and just around the corner from an amazing brewery! Evolution has an amazing selection of wine and and great gourmet small plate foods. Highly suggest trying the garlic olive oil and AAA balsamic vinegar!!! The employees and the owner are extremely pleasant folks who not pushy or pretentious when it comes to wine. Love the place! Oh and if you’re there for lunch I highly suggest getting the grilled cheese sandwich and asking them to sub in their in-house made pimento cheese, to die for!

Great venue for a small town. Excellent selection of hard to find, but easy to appreciate wines. I enjoyed the house red, Evolution. Awesome looking pastry desserts, however I pigged out on the small plates and the great selection of oils and balsamic vinegars. Will definitely be back and back and back and back…
