Eat fresh and get charged extra.
This subway location has terrible customer service. I personally enjoy eating subway sandwiches regularly as part of my diet but this particular location had charged me a hot meal fee when I was told there was «no extra charge to heat up the sandwich». When I ask the cashier Jitta why I had gotten charged extra his only explanation was,“it charges automatically” as he took my money instantly to complete the transaction. I am not sure if there is a language barrier involved with this situation because I have was trying to explain to him that his own employee had said there is no extra charge to heat the sandwich. I was baffled that he kept telling me to look at the computer register to see that it charged me extra! From my understanding when a customer is told that they would not be charged for something I would expect not to be charged. I have had better customer service at many other locations along California whom were more professional. I highly recommend other locations if you want to be charged the right price for their products and talk to employees who understand customer service.

They have very rout and unresponsive manager in the store, he’s only Mail between the workers and he’s so edyed, all the workers has name tag except him.
I think he can not be manager with this performance or they will loos lot of customer.

Best Subway Shop in town. The place is always clean, the food you can tell is always so fresh! Pedro Lopez is the on site manager and works the morning shift along with Patty, Patty with Double Trouble and now Mouse has been added to the shift since attitude has left. The morning shift is quite Busy but the place runs like a Singer Sewing Machine. The later two names are nick names I am known to give to people when they know what they are doing. THIS IS A SUBWAY SHOP YOU NEED TO VISIT AND TRY!

Run of the mill Subway setup. The service at this one was actually very good though which seems to be the inconsistency amongst the varioius locations.

Great customer service every time I’ve gone and they seem to care when making the sandwiches. I’ve been to different subways that you can tell they don’t want to be working, but not here. The guy working there has even gotten familiar with me and makes it a better experience everytime I go. Even though I have other subways closer to me, I will still go to this one and it’s definitely worth it.

Wow so i live across the street from this subway i always come here 2x a week in the afternoon or sometimes more since i buy my little brother some when he comes from school .
Today i went with my bf in my car, we got down to get a sandwich combo, i got the 40oz drink the guy who made my sandwich was name dete or doto something like that he is tall, and looks from india. I bought my sandwich filled my cup & went outside with my bf ! To eat in my car! I paid with my visa card! 10 min later my bf was hungry, so i offered to get him a sandwich i came back inside with my empty cup, and bought a sandwich!!! I was about to pay and i didn’t have my visa card turn out he never gave it back in the first place ! He was being all rude because i was trying to refill my cup! He said other restaurant do that but not this one ! He charge me 1 $ extra i told him i just came back for another sandwich that i had came like 10 mins ago ! And i even had forgotten my visa card at the register ! And he gave me attitude !! He charge me for my drink refill again like ! What is that? I was outside in front of subway ! You didn’t give me my debit card but yet you want to give me attitude? Like no !!

Subway overall is overpriced, but this is a good location.
The parking leaves something to be desired but they have good service, customer restrooms, and a clean environment that you can be comfortable eating in.

The manager here is so nice and respectful, he’s alway taking responsibility in his position as manager, organize, professional, and great costumer service!

This is my go to subway of choice. They always make my sandwiches better here. But today I just have a question about pricing… either I was overcharged or whatever I tossed my receipt before I chance to look. I ordered the $ 6 combo with 6 inch sandwich chips and drink. Awesome. My tally always comes to just under $ 7 after tax. But today I added avocado and the price jumped to a staggering $ 8.97 I read online that adding avocado is 50 cents for 6 inch and $ 1 for footlong… what the hell was I charged? I asked the Indian lady why it was so high and she gave me an atittude and said U WANNA TALK TO MANAGER?! AVOCADO IS EXTRA! No thanks!!! I understand it is extra… but Deeeeeyum how extra??? A response from a worker would be nice.

Quick, prepared, clean & polite and always ready for their rush hours.
If you need to use the restroom three key is by the register.
Parking isn’t normally an issue but during the busy hours you might have to wait a few minutes.

I love this place. Close from home on the way to work and a very clean establishment. Their food servers are very friendly and quick especially I always take the food to go running fast to catch my bus. You can also phone in, in advance before picking up your order that’s my preferred method because sometimes you can get stuck there on the line during lunch hours. Thumbs up!

i LOVE that it’s 24 hour and the service is fast and friendly! always like coming here.

I know these guys make a lot of sandwiches every day, but it’s really annoying how careless they are at this location if they only put a little enthusiasm this would be better rating.

Great subway.. even though there were lots of people the subway makers were very attentive and made sure to let those waiting in line that they would be served shortly. Inside was clean and it was very inviting. Open 24 hours!!! There are 4 people in our house. We are going to Subway at 3 AM one of these days! !!!

Good speedy service and the location looks very clean.

Turkey bacon avo was really good but I wish the sandwich maker was like «hey it’s not
$ 5 do you still want it ?» I could have gotten two $ 5 deals

The cookies were also good and my wife says they didn’t drench her spicy Italian sandwich with oil this time so it was good too. this place seems to have a very high employee turnover and most of the time sandwiches are being made by the new guy, or lady.

No crackers for your soup, soup serve less than half way, no jalapeño Bread, ummm yeah this place sucks.

Subway is Subway.
You’re in the mood for a $ 5 footlong then you know where to go.
Parking sucks at this location which is why I have to knock it down to 3 stars. Seriously, if you’re planning on picking up lunch from this Subway make sure to show up before 11:30am or after 1:00pm.

Great location as far as franchises go.
Clean location, friendly staff, and great service.
Only thing that sucks is the parking lot. It is pretty small and since it shares the space with other business, lunch times often leave you parking on the sidewalk.

They got nervous when they seen me this morning taking a picture. They have no reason to be nervous because this place is one of my favorites of all time to go to. The customer service at this subway is by far the best one i have been to. They treat you like family once you become a regular. They are always professional and have a upbeat personality. I go in the morning so I am speaking on behalf of the morning shift. I love the way they make my western and egg sandwich. They take great care of there customers and I just want to put them on the map and give them their props.
