Called on Friday and had an an appointment set up for Monday between 9 & 11
Showed up at 10:30(with a call to let me know they were on their way)
2 guys with the truck, professional and fast
Did about 60 file boxes
Highly recommend!!!

These guys are the best!
I called in early morning and they got me booked for the same day! David was so helpful and had the best attitude. Very attentive and patient. We had previously used them 2 years ago and I simply forgot how amazing the team was.
Gilbert the driver came with another awesome guy to pick up our bags (we opted for the pick-​up service this time). These guys were great! They came thru between the hours they promised and came in and out — 20 minutes tops.
I am so pleased with their service I would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you guys so much! Absolutely worth the review.

These guys were awesome! David really delivered on customer service. The guys that worked the truck were very nice, friendly, and helpful in unloading people’s cars, and kept us informed of how much more the truck could hold. As it turned out, our Shred event was very popular, and we even had a woman that owned a business come with a U-​haul and about 100 boxes. Needless to say our 1^st truck filled quickly. David put out the word to get another driver and truck to our location an hour away, and he made it happen. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the second time that I have used them; the first being in 2012. Both times they showed up promptly on-​time, at the beginning of the two hour window that I had been told. The staff (driver and asst) cleared out 20 bankers boxes of paperwork in just minutes. They were friendly and professional. The pricing was well under the competition. Frankly, I am surprised at the other bad reviews. I found this company to be one hundred percent reliable, and strongly recommend them!

On &Off-​site Shredding did a great job for me last week. I called them in spite of two poor online reviews since my neighbor said she had used them and was happy with them. I called and mentioned my concern about the poor online reviews to David, the owner, and he convinced me to give them a chance. He explained the reason for the two poor reviews and his answer made sense. He gave me a reasonable quote on the telephone. Many of the other shredding companies said they take your items and shred elsewhere for the price David quoted me. Other companies seemed to charge more if they shred at your house… but not this company. David said you can watch the shredding on a camera posted outside the truck. He gave me an appointment with a two hour window. On my scheduled appt. day after one hour, I called to see how the driver was running time-​wise. David told me the driver should be there any minute. He did arrive as promised. He was very efficient, very professional, and very fast. I watched my stuff being shredded as promised on the camera and I was given an invoice that was already made out with my name and address. I was very impressed with the company in general… and they were very fair in their pricing. Can’t believe how much time I’ve spent shredding. Never again! I’m calling On and Off-​site shredding again whenever I need shredding.

«You get what you pay for» One of the worst experiences ever! Had an appointment for 1pm they showed up at 4:40 pm after we had to make numerous calls to the company to find out where they were. Our business closes at 5pm so my boss had to wait while they shredded. It took till 9:30 PM to finsh what they could and they still did not finsh the job. They returned to finsh the job and were late again. We will not use them ever again.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. I was told that they would be over between 2 — 4 pm and they would call prior to their arrival. I called several times when they didn’t show up and they said they would call the driver and see what time he would be arriving. They kept saying they would call me back to confirm or give me an update. They never called and they never showed up.
