Oakridge Mobile Home Park

It’s a lovely park where I feel my mom is very safe. It has a nice clubhouse, pool and amenities. I like that they have a guard on duty, as well.
The houses are very pretty and look upscale.
However, when buying a home, be sure to check all cupboards, drawers and flooring in kitchen to make sure they were installed well with sturdy screws. My mom has had a lot of her cupboard doors and drawers fall apart within the first 3 months of living in the home. The door knobs are the cheapest kind they could possibly have put in, the cover part that attaches to the door is constantly falling off.
We have called many times to the new home sales people to have these things fixed and gotten no replies. I have recently called and threatened them with legal action based on our home warranty, so we will see where this goes.
