Terrible! Never calls back. Makes you wait for days to get back to you. When they do they say they were busy. No respect for the customer’s time. I waited around 2 days for hours just to get a phone call from them. They said they would come at a certain time and never showed up. At least a courtesy call would of been nice. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. I would advise anyone to go with another company.

Family owned business with very friendly customer service. They have the best prices in the valley and are very efficient. I got my shower doors, Mirrors, table top glass and closet doors I was very pleased with the quality and fast installation. They are sometimes busy but it’s definitely worth the wait! Walk-​in and they have plenty of wheels and handles for closet door and screen door repair. I would recommend this place to anyone

Leo’s is the best. Came in at 3:45pm to their office. Gave them the size of broken window. By 4:50pm they had come to my house and replaced the broken window.
Office staff were very helpful and called to see if they could fit me in. Fast and efficient!

Is there a negative 5 stars I can click somewhere? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS THIS COMPANY!!! They give you cheap initial quotes, but are totally undependable unresponsive. All you get is excuses and «the run-​around» from them. I wasted my whole day waiting for them to come to my house for an estimate despite calling them multiple times. Very RUDE, they don’t respect the customer or their time. The appointment was scheduled for 11 am and the tech was a no show. I called at 12:06 pm and asked what was going on. Lorena said she would call me back in 2 minutes. No call back. At 12:34pm I called back and said that Leo the tech was not answering. I asked to speak to the manager, she said that he would be in the office in a ½ hour. No call back. At 1:18 I called and spoke with a different rep, Araceli. She said she would call me back, which she did at 1:23. She claims the tech was «stuck in traffic.» I asked to speak to the owner. She said he would be there in an hour (is this the standard answer to everything? The NEXT HOUR never seems to come!). I said, what happened Lorena told me in a previous call over ½ hour ago he would be there in a ½ hour. Then I find out that the LEO is the tech and the OWNER. I looked at the traffic map on my iPhone and did not see any traffic and Leo would be at my place within an hour. I asked where Leo was coming from and she did not answer my question, she claims she is «only an employee». Does she not know the information or does she not want to tell me? I don’t know. I don’t care and I am getting pretty irritated at this point. I asked for Leo’s number and left him a message on what seems to be an office voice mail machine at 1:27. He never called me back. Over an hour since I talked to the rep from the office at 2:30, still no show, no call back from ANYONE. I called Leo again. I asked what what going on and that I had an appointment at 11am (3 and ½ hours ago!) for him to come over to look at my broken sliding glass door for an estimate. Leo THE OWNER said he didn’t know the schedule for the day. WHAT KIND OF OWNER/​TECH DOES NOT KNOW THE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY! This is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. I told him I was tired of waiting, getting a run around by his employees and him, that I planned on leaving a review on Unilocal and to not bother coming over. I no longer needed his services. Unbelievable!

Very bad unreliable, never calls back

Great place to come if you need windows glass for tables, shower doors, or screens. I recently needed to renovate my home. They where able to provide me with service for all of these things! The windows where installed promptly and perfectly. I also got frameless shower doors. They came out beautiful and the installers even cleaned the glass to make it looks perfect. Their prices are reasonable and their quality is awesome! I will definitely be coming back and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!!!

I was sorely disappointed that I called four times to make an appt. to repair a window. I was told an appt. would be made by Araceli and four times I was let down and no call was ever made.

I have had two frameless glass showers installed by Leo. They are gorgeous; the installation was done promptly and thoroughly and Leo’s prices are EXCELLENT.
