I needed a banner for my Community Center to help celebrate an All Star basketball tourney win. Imagination Works was close to my home and I decided to try them. The design they came up with was fantastic, and although we had a bobble on the first banner they produced, it was quickly fixed and at no charge to me. Great business, great product in the end, and great customer service.

I was looking for a marketing material for Veterinary Clinics. I originally made up my mind to give the work to a competitor. I received the proof and it looked unprofessional, gimmicky and it definitely wasn’t what I imagined. I asked for feedback from my buddy Paul R and he said «dude give this task to the guys over at Imagination Works. I called and spoke with Edward, Knowledgeable and Professional. He got my vision and WOW!!! I was blown away by what Eber in the graphic design department had done. They took my vision and ran with it, but most importantly they surpassed my marketing material expectations… Eber was extremely helpful, professional and he most definitely did a PHENOMENAL JOB! He made sure i was 100% happy and satisfied with my Veterinary marketing material. I would defensively be using Imagination Works for ALL my graphic design/​printing services. I never Unilocal,but i had too!!!

For the past 8 years, I have not allowed anyone else but Edward and Eber to do my designs. They’re creative genius has gained my business so much attention from a simple business card design to a full graphic brochure. I had a chance to meet Edward through my own business as a barber and having him, his family and team as my clients I then had the chance of becoming his client once I opened up my own business and had him do my barbershop work. One day I was desperately looking for someone to do some window mesh. I needed someone local since we didn’t have a lot of time left. I quickly google printing sylmar and Imagination Works pop up. It’s been about a year since we have work with Edward and their team. They have done a wonderful job and I could always rely in getting the job done. I got the privilege to work close with all the employees at Imagination Works and they were all very helpful and insightful. Talk about finding the right people at the right time. I found this company online when looking for a graphic design company. I met Eber and Edward soon after and after talking to them a little I realized these people know what they are doing. I started my second project with them and I am real happy. Tell them Tommy sent you and you won’t regret it.

So I guess this business only works best with «big» companies, not for individuals.

Really disappointing experience. I have worked with better companies for my printing needs. I requested a quote for 2 truck wraps. I guess the price was fair but the customer service the worst I have ever experienced. Once we agreed on the price and I was ready to move forward, they stop replying back to my emails, they never return my calls. I guess my business was too small for them and they had better jobs to attend. I would not recommend them at all if this is how the conduct their business.
