Established in 2012.

Think Driven was established in 2012, Sean Kellett — owner & technician, had owned a repair shop previously in St. Charles. Looking to branch into business on his own, he sold this repair shop & began learning about wholesaling of vehicles. After some time & much learning, Sean decided to open up another repair shop in Sycamore. Sycamore was appealing due to all of the great people that he met there. The ‘smaller town’ feel is a little new … but an exciting adventure! Sean took many months checking out local businesses & pricing & felt that his pricing & ethics would be a perfect fit for Sycamore!

Sean Kellett: ASE Master certified technician with over 20 years experience.

Having a gift of mechanical ability, Sean earned a Ford scholarship out of high school to attend Triton College in Illinois. Working in a Ford dealership while attending college, Sean began his certification process with Ford Motor Company. After a great working relationship at the local Ford dealer, Sean decided to fulfill a dream of opening a repair shop.

In 2005 Sean opened an auto repair shop in St. Charles. After 5 years of a successful business he sold as he decided to branch out a bit — learning the wholesale business & educating himself in more aspects of the car business.

Shadowing his father-​in-​law who has over 40 years experience, Sean learned a lot & realized he’d like to open a shop up in Sycamore to have the ability to buy & repair vehicles as well as opening to the public.

After many months of construction delays with the shop, Think Driven opened its doors Oct 2012!
