I highly recommend this place because they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy… without making you feel bad! Everyone is so pleasant and friendly; I met Jerry and MiMi (not sure about spelling). They adjusted their schedule to make sure I got in before I was going out of town. Also, when I changed my mind a couple of times on the color they once again kindly helped me instead of getting annoyed! I have also had an awesome and relaxing pedi here too! They are also very clean compared to some of the other places I have tried in town. After going to a couple of other places in Syc/​Dek I won’t go anywhere else!

They scrub and file my feet the best! I get the best work on my massage every time. I never leaving feeling I wish they would of done something different or they missed a spot. Affordable and friendly. Love their eye for detail on my eyebrows and love their hospitality of a bottle of water for every customer!

On top of the horrible job they did with my pedicure, I have never experienced such rude staff. A friend and I went for some pampering during a particularly difficult moment in both of our lives, and the technician proceeded to spend the duration of our service making fun of us. In English, no less. His humor was not only distasteful, but he made personal and very insensitive comments related to our appearance. The atmosphere inside the place seems like it might be nice, but anything nice about the experience ends there. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I used to really like this place when it first opened. I gave my nails a break for a few years and went back to get a no chip. I got them done on Saturday and 6 days later they started to peel and chip.
The place has lost it’s touch. It seemed unkept from what I remember. Like they stopped caring. I guess I’ll try a new place.

I am very picky when it comes to Nail salons and this was my first time trying this location, I will definitely be coming back and depending on future service make it my Regular Nail salon. Very attentive and polite staff. They have ALOT of colors to choose from the No chip polish which I absolutely LOVE… While seated one of the staff brought me a small water bottle, which was appreciated!!! Inside looked very clean and presentable! Also a sign at the counter that reads if you pay in cash you get 10% off.

I have been living in the Dekalb and Sycamore area for a year and have made frequent visits to most of the nail salons in the area. The Nail & Spa on peace rd is by far the worst choice for any kind of professional services.
On any given day the operation is run by the staff and there is no management to oversee the poor business practices. The owners (husband and wife) hire friends and family to do manicures and pedicures with absolutely no training whatsoever! Not only did my girlfriend and myself get upsetting service, but all the patrons in the establishment. Do not think about questioning your service unless you would like to be harassed by the staff in Vietnamese all talking about you! Its literally a stereotypical sean out of a bad comedy skit! NeVeR AGAIN!
