Just got an inspection on our foundation and overall structure of a house we are purchasing. We paid a lot of money and my husband and I could have written a more effective report. I am furious with our real estate agent for suggesting we use this company it was a joke. They charged us a lot of money to tell us we had a full basement and we had some issues with some retaining walls. There were no cost estimates and NO sense of how serious things were. The entire report was one page with a full paragraph and they demand the cash up front. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent, I can’t imagine using them for the actual work, seemed highly unethical to me.
