Always one of my favorite stores in the area if you are an avid thrifter. I only come here on Saturdays and Wednesday because of promotional events. For those who have never shopped at Salvation Army all clothes and shoes are given a color. Each weekend on Wednesday all colors are half off(except for one). Then on Saturday they take one color and it becomes 99 cents SCORE! The customer service is pretty good on the floor, but at the cash registers it can be a nightmare as they sometimes just keep chatting even if there is 15 people in line. Prices are good if you have time to look around. Occasionally I see a price and I just roll my eyes, but hey maybe in a month that will be 99 cents and I will scoop it up.

Very overpriced. I do enjoy coming here but like seriously? 20 $ for a thrift lamp? And there’s two so 40 $? It’s immoral to leave one behind. Theyed be able to sell like 70% more stuff if they’d be a little bit more lenient on the prices. There’s a salvation army in Pawtucket and they sell stuff for mad cheap, but anything that would be a dollar there is 5 here. Chill out.

If you have all day to flip through each individual piece of clothing to find your size, this is the right place for you. If you don’t mind being hustled to the line to check out 10 minutes before closing, and it then takes half an hour to check out because only one register is being used, go on in! If lousy, rude customer service suits you, here ya go. And, if you don’t mind the odor of cat urine on your thrift store selections, meow! Go to Swansea! Never. Again. I’ll stick with Wareham and the incredibly organized Hyannis stores from here on.

Awesome store but they could do a better job of cleaning. Also I find the promotions and prices to be a little iffy, some things are priced way too high. Yes, you will find very nice things here but there are other thrifts in the area with just as nice things and more reasonable prices. Who wants to pay that much to shop in filth?

Nifty+thrifty=happy homegirl. Wednesday is half off all but one colored tag, Saturdays they have one color tag for 99cents, and one half off. Overall the selection is great, along with the prices. However, I didn’t give them 4 stars to tickle my fancy and scoff at them. Homegirl ain’t about that life. They have four stars because of their staff and«treasured goods». I was once rudely reprimanded for taking a sip of my water. Because who knows-my water could damage the clothing. That was just unconstitutional! And lastly, their«high end donations» are ubsurdly overpriced. Example-a Vera Bradley item is practically the same price new. I could buy a plane ticket to china and buy the sweat shop used to make the purses for the prices they charge!
